trothos.com
A ledger of what you actually Did, Witnessed and Kept.
[Your word, backed.]
Record your work as plain, verifiable facts. Ask the people who were there to verify it. Own the result. No feed, no followers, no performance.
The Unit
One fact. Three parts.
trothos records work as a single scannable line: what you did, what you made, and the outcome. No paragraphs, no adjectives, nothing a machine can inflate.

For example: Organized → a local fundraiser → $18,000 in one weekend.Verification
Confirmed by the people who were there.
Every fact is backed by a witness who saw the work. There are three ways that happens, and none ranks above another. trothos never verifies you: it verifies that someone who was there is willing to put their name on it.
By Hand
A witness on a personal email. Independent work counts, and a witness can never be you: self-confirmation is blocked.
By Seal
A witness on a company domain. The institution stands behind it.
By trothos
A witness signed in to their own trothos ledger. Peer to peer, both on the record.
How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
- Record a fact: what you did, what you made, the outcome.
- Name a witness. One email, no account for them.
- They confirm in a click. It’s on your ledger, permanently.
Discovery
Find people by what they've proven.
Search by name, position, organization, or location, then narrow to a specific kind of proof: at least three facts Verified By Seal, say. Every result is real, because every fact behind it was witnessed. Nothing shows up unless the person chose to make it public.
Domain lock
Some facts aren't for the whole internet.
Lock a fact to your company's email domain, and only signed-in coworkers on that domain can read it. Everyone else still sees that it exists and that it's verified, just not what it says. Free for your own verified company domain; locking to any other domain is part of trothos Max.
Your record
Your record, at a glance.
Every dashboard gets a real timeline, not a stat to skim past: one tick per year, sized by how much you recorded and colored the moment any of it is verified. A quiet year shows up as a gap in the line, not a number you have to go looking for.
Pricing
Free today. Free tomorrow.
trothos is free for anyone recording their own work, and that isn't changing. Every fact you add is yours, permanently, for free. The tiers below add speed and reach on top of that.

Frequently asked
Your questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about us.
What is trothos?
trothos is a professional ledger. It helps people record what they actually did, get it verified by the people who were there, and own that record for good.
How does trothos establish trust?
Every fact is confirmed by a named witness who saw the work. No self-endorsement, no anonymous reviews, just a verifiable record that removes the friction of reference checks.
Who is it built for?
Anyone whose reputation is built on real work: freelancers, tradespeople, clinicians, operators, founders. If what you did matters more than how you describe it, trothos is for you.
Is my data secure?
Privacy is foundational, down to the field. Personal details like your location, organization, or phone are private by default, and only shown if you turn them on, one at a time. Any fact can be hidden from your public ledger without losing its verification. A witness can even take back a confirmation, and it leaves the public record.
How do I actually use my ledger?
Hand it to someone directly: in an email signature, on a resume or application, in a client proposal, on a business card. It's proof you give people, not a profile you perform for a feed.
Is trothos live?
Yes, trothos is live. We're still in beta and refining things, so reach out at hello@trothos.com with any questions or feedback.
